Full description of the position

An Outside Sales Representative in the life insurance industry is responsible for meeting with clients in person to help them choose life insurance products that fit their financial goals and family needs. This role focuses on prospecting, relationship building, policy sales, and customer service while working independently in the field.

Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and generate new life insurance leads through networking, referrals, and CRM system.
• Meet with clients in person to discuss life insurance coverage options and financial protection needs
• Educate clients on policy types, benefits, and coverage plans
• Customize insurance solutions based on individual and family needs
• Complete insurance applications and assist clients through the underwriting process
• Follow up with leads and maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in CRM systems
• Stay current on insurance products, compliance requirements, and industry trends

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Compensation

: This outside insurance sales roles is commission-only. First year earners average 70,000-100,000. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
