Ready to Start a Real Career in Sales? Whether you're a top-performing canvasser or someone ready to begin your first job in sales, this is your opportunity. We're hiring outside sales reps who are motivated, coachable, and ready to take control of their income. You'll receive paid training, warm leads, and a guaranteed base pay. Must have reliable daily vehicle; you'll be using your own vehicle all day This is a blended role: 80% of your time will be closing pre-scheduled estimates, and 20% will be canvassing near your estimates to generate new opportunities. If you've done canvassing before, you'll hit the ground running. If you haven't, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What You'll Do

• Travel to pre-booked appointments at homeowners' properties
• Present quotes, close deals, and upsell additional services the homeowner didn't initially request but clearly need to have done
• Promote multi-service packages to increase value for the client and earn higher commission percentages for yourself
• Canvass neighborhoods near your estimates to uncover extra opportunities (approximately 20% of your workweek)
• Represent a fast-growing roof and gutter cleaning company we've doubled in size this year and are expanding into new territories

Compensation

$3000 per month minimum pay. ($6,000+ per month on average when hitting targets)

• Uncapped commission structure
• Double commission for self-generated sales (from canvassing, referrals, etc.). On average this is $150-$200 pay for a self generated lead.

Requirements

• Motivated individuals with sales, canvassing, or customer service experience preferred (training provided for the right attitude)
• Personal vehicle to do the in person estimates for about 30-40 miles per day. Reliable daily vehicle is required. You will receive $500 a month for using your personal car (IRS mileage rate). This will cover gas, oil, and all car expenses.
• Live within 20 minutes of Auburn area.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Comfortable using mobile devices and apps (training provided)
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
