Wholesale Sales Representative (Commission-Only) Tire Storage

Overview

Tire Storage is expanding and is seeking a commission-only Sales Representative to support growth in our wholesale business. This role is focused on developing smart, profitable relationships with automotive dealerships, service centers, and tire shops. This is a flexible, field-oriented role designed for a self-motivated sales professional who understands both sales and operations.

Compensation

is 100% commission-based, uncapped, and tied directly to new wholesale accounts onboarded. Primary Focus The primary focus of this role is identifying, developing, and onboarding new wholesale customers that make operational and financial sense for the business. Key responsibilities include: Prospecting and building relationships with new wholesale customers Educating prospects on Tire Storage's wholesale solutions Managing the sales process from initial conversation through account setup Prioritizing opportunities based on volume, fit, and long-term potential Coordinating with internal teams to ensure clean, sustainable account onboarding Maintaining accurate documentation to support commission tracking Sales Approach Accounts are approached with a tiered mindset: Higher-volume prospects are prioritized for direct onboarding and active sales efforts Lower-volume prospects are nurtured through relationship-building and long- term follow-up As the business grows, this role may help surface multi-location or larger opportunities that could later evolve into regional or national accounts. Successful candidates: Understand that not every potential account is a good fit Evaluate opportunities through both a sales and operational lens Avoid deals that create operational strain or margin erosion Focus on building healthy, profitable, long-term relationships This role is not about closing every deal. It is about closing the right deals. Travel Expectations: This is a field-oriented role and will require periodic travel. Travel may include local market visits, regional travel, and occasional travel to support sales efforts or assist with training at other Tire Storage warehouse locations as the company grows. Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
