Job Title: Equipment Sales Representative Company: Efans Lift Location: Tennessee (Memphis Area) Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Efans Lift is seeking a motivated and results-driven Equipment Sales Representative to join our Tennessee team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, and driving sales of forklift equipment and material handling solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and contributing to a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify sales opportunities and generate new business within assigned territory
• Promote and sell forklift equipment and material handling solutions
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up on sales leads
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (equipment, industrial, or B2B sales a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
