Are you a proven automtive sales professional who knows how to close, build relationships, and deliver a premium customer experience? Prestige Cadillac is seeking experienced sales consultants who are ready to take their career to the next level with a brand that represents luxury, performance, and innovation. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for producers. PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED What We Offer:

Duties

include but are not limited to:

• Minimum 2 years automotive sales experience.
• Strong closing ratios and consistent monthly production.
• CRM discipline and follow-up mastery.
• Ability to create lifetime customers, not one time transactions.
• Professional presence aligned with a luxury brand.
• Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models.
• Answer customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process.
• Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers' vehicles.
• Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer's financing and ownership options.
