Overview

The Sales Representative will play a key role in building relationships with clients, offering insurance solutions, and helping members of the Columbus community protect their families and assets. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide insurance quotes and explain coverage options (auto, home, renters, life, and more)
• Listen to customer needs and tailor personal price plans to suit their situations
• Collaborate with a team to achieve office goals and grow the agency's presence in Columbus
• Assist with claims, billing inquiries, and provide excellent service at every interaction
• Participate in community events and networking opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
