Together we build our future! Central States Group, A Cogent Company is currently seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree (minimum) along with previous experience in a customer service/order coordination/scheduling position. Typical duties of an Inside Sales Coordinator may include:

• Reviews orders for accuracy and completion. Clarifies invalid and unclear order requirements with sales staff
• Enters all sales orders into our ERP system
• Places orders with vendors to purchase customer orders
• Computes prices, shipping costs and any appropriate discounts
• Handles inbound calls from customers, vendors and sales personnel
• Provides sales quotes for parts to customers from vendor provided resources
• Determines appropriate timing of orders to ensure timely delivery and cost savings
• Verifies and updates customer information
• Checks customer accounts for credit and outstanding payments
• Informs customer and/or sales team of shipping date and any possible delays
• Accurately prepares invoices in our billing system
• Electronically files copies of all orders received
• Adheres to productivity standards to ensure all orders are handled in a timely and efficient manner
• Customer Service is KEY; you will have contact with customers on a daily basis Qualified candidates will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Must be proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Google Drive, and Gmail
• Must be a high-paced self-motivator who promotes teamwork among co-workers
• Must be able to multitask, such as simultaneously using telephone and computer skills
• Must have a general knowledge of basic mathematical computations
• Must have the ability to sit for extended periods while typing and reading on the computer
• Experience using ERP software programs
