Overview

As an Oncology Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving performance within your assigned territory by building relationships, delivering clinical value, and executing a strategic business plan. In this role, you will:

• Engage and communicate with physicians and healthcare professionals in support of approved product indications
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan
• Drive account growth through effective targeting, call planning, and follow-through
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including alliance partners, training, managed markets, marketing, sales operations, advocacy, and medical affairs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience
• Proven track record of strong performance (top rankings, awards, or consistent quota achievement preferred)
• Highly competitive, driven, and motivated to succeed
• Strong business planning skills and ability to manage a specialty territory

• Base Salary: $140K$180K
• Bonus Potential: $45K at plan, with significant upside for top performers
