About Sova Insurance Sova Insurance is a fast-growing independent insurance agency serving clients across Florida. We help individuals and families compare coverage from GEICO, Progressive, and many other leading insurance carriers. While our business has been built on a loyal Russian-speaking client base, we're expanding into Downtown Miami to grow our English- and Spanish-speaking market. We're looking for someone excited to help us build the next stage of our agency.

Responsibilities

• Quote, bind, and sell personal insurance products.
• Cross-sell existing clients and identify additional coverage opportunities.
• Provide outstanding service through policy changes, renewals, and retention.
• Build referral relationships with clients and local businesses.
• Assist with commercial insurance opportunities as the agency grows.
• Maintain accurate records using our agency management system and modern automation tools. Represent Sova Insurance professionally in our Downtown Miami office.

Compensation

Expected first-year earnings: $40,000$70,000+, including base salary and uncapped commissions. High performers have significant earning potential as the agency grows. Full compensation details are reviewed during the interview. What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Russian (required).
• Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license, or willingness to obtain one within 6090 days (licensing support available).
• Comfortable working in-office in Downtown Miami.
• Sales-driven with strong relationship-building skills.
