The David Williams Farmers Insurance Agency is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team! Our insurance agency is located in Moline, and we're up to big things! Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

Qualifications

:

• Current Property/Casualty Insurance License (or we help you get licensed and cover the cost)
• Current or obtain Life & Health License within 90 days (reimbursed for by company)
• Sales Experience
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Positive, Energetic and Professional Demeanor
• Driven, Innovative, Productive, Confident and works well independently. - Excellent Communication Skills - written, verbal and listening

Responsibilities

• Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
