Responsibilities

• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly.
• Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and issuing receipts with precision.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
• Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining attractive displays to support merchandising efforts.
• Promote upselling by suggesting complementary products or upgrades to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory counts as needed.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and assist customers promptly.
• Apply basic retail math skills for transactions, discounts, and price calculations in a fast-paced environment. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Supervising experience is a plus, especially in guiding new team members or managing shifts.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and cash drawer handling enhances performance in this role.
• Experience with retail math, merchandising, and product knowledge will support your success.
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills is essential for creating positive shopping experiences.
