This Job Is Not for Everyone Let's be honest: Most people can't do this job. It's hot. You're on a roof. You're carrying 100 pounds of material up a ladder. You're knocking on doors that don't want to open. You're having conversations most people avoid. And you're doing it every single day while everyone else is sitting in the air conditioning. We're not going to pretend this is easy. We're not going to sell you on "family culture" and unlimited leads. That's not how we operate. Here's what we will tell you:

• Our top reps earn over $250,000/year. That is not a typo.
• Our average first-year rep earns $120,000-$150,000. Because we invest heavily in training.
• We put every rep through a rigourous onboarding. Scripts, systems, ride-alongs, accountability.
• We operate on a 1:1 ratio. We give you a lead. You bring us a lead. Give-give, not give-take. If you need someone to hand you a career on a silver platter, this isn't the place.
