No previous sales experience is requiredwe provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for advancement based on performance. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with business owners within an assigned territory to educate them on commercial energy supply options and help them evaluate potential cost-saving opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with local business owners in your assigned territory.
• Visit local businesses and introduce our energy consulting services through a professional, face-to-face approach.
• Learn our consultative sales process through hands-on training.
• Educate business owners on energy supply options and identify opportunities to reduce operating costs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up professionally.
• Work independently while receiving support from an experienced leadership team. Note: This position involves business-to-business (B2B) territory sales only. representatives work exclusively with commercial businesses - no residential sales. What We're Looking For
