A high volume new and used car dealership in Central Florida is seeking a driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead a winning team and take our operation to the next level. You will set the tone on the showroom floor every daydriving performance, developing people, and ensuring customers enjoy a fast, transparent buying experience. What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of sales professionals (new and used) to hit and exceed monthly volume and gross targets.
• Desk deals: structure competitive offers, appraise trades, support F&I;, and help salespeople close.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and adjust the game plan based on performance and market trends.
• Partner with F&I;, service, and marketing to deliver a seamless, customerfriendly process.
• Recruit, train, and develop salespeople through ongoing coaching and regular sales meetings.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, ethics, and compliance. What you bring
• 35+ years of successful automotive sales experience and 12+ years in a leadership or desk role.
• Proven record of leading a team to consistent volume and gross results.
• Strong coaching, communication, and conflictresolution skills.
• Comfort with CRM, followup processes, and using data to drive decisions.
