Summary We are a B2B company specializing in sales and distribution of cutting and fabrication tools supporting manufacturers and suppliers. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Ohio team in an Inside Sales & Inventory support role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team, who is highly organized, is detail oriented, and wants to grow alongside our company.

Essential Duties

• Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and monitor logistics activities related to customer orders and equipment delivery.
• Conduct on-site inventory checks at customer locations to ensure accurate stock levels and operational readiness.
• Manage ordering, processing, and delivery of required equipment and materials.
• Handle and transport equipment weighing up to 15 lbs as needed.
• Analyze inventory trends and data to support inventory planning and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding order and inventory status.

• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Communicative
• Can both work in a team and independently
• Strong logistical/support skills & experience
• Ability to multitask and keep track of multiple moving responsibilities
• Friendly and professional demeanor Physical requirements:
• Ability to travel up to 3 hours round trip from our office at Plain City.
• Ability to lift 15+ pounds Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
