What You'll Do

as a Sales Account Representative

• Represent Verizon's internet and connectivity solutions as a Sales Account Representative
• Engage with each customer through consultative conversations to understand their needs
• Recommend tailored solutions that improve the overall customer experience
• Guide each customer through the enrollment and setup process
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Provide consistent, high-quality support to every customer from start to finish
• Work with your team to meet and exceed goals as a Sales Account Representative
• Build strong relationships with each customer to drive long-term satisfaction
• Stay informed on products and services to better support every customer What We're Looking For in a Sales Account Representative
• Previous experience working with customer-facing roles (sales, retail, or service preferred)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with any customer

• Full-time availability (MondaySaturday schedule) Job Details:
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: MondaySaturday (Approx. 4050 hrs/week)
• Job Locations: Main Durham, NC office location, and field locations in surrounding cities/areas as assigned
