POSITION ONLY OPEN TO THOSE WITH ROOFING OR SOLAR EXPERIENCE PRE-SET APPOINTMENTS PROVIDED Title: Roofing Sales Representative Central Florida Company: Sunny Roofing Location: Orlando, FL (Field-based Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole Counties) Job Type: Full-Time | Commission-Based Pay

• $1,000 paid up front as a draw against 20% of net profit commission.
• Employee of the month bonus of $1500 every month.
• Addtional bonuses and sales spiffs at our discretion. The Role As a Roofing Sales Representative at Sunny Roofing, you'll be the face of our brand in the field. You'll connect with homeowners across Central Florida, assess their roofing needs, educate them on their options, and guide them through the process from first conversation to signed contract. No two days are the same and for the right person, the earning potential is uncapped. This is a field-based, door-to-door residential sales role. Experience in roofing is helpful but not required we train the right people. What we can't train is work ethic, people skills, and hunger.

What You'll Do

• Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods looking for aged roofs and roof damage to generate and follow up on leads
• Conduct free roof inspections and present findings to homeowners in a clear, honest, and consultative way
• Educate homeowners on roofing materials, the insurance claims process, and Sunny Roofing's services
• Build rapport and close contracts on-site
• Document all leads, contacts, and follow-ups in our CRM system
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing skill development
• Represent Sunny Roofing's values of integrity, hospitality, and quality in every interaction
• Be willing to drive to meet up locations. Must have own vehicle.
