You'll build relationships, identify opportunities, and connect clients with solutions that deliver value. What You'll Do

Promote Palmer Electric's full range of services, including: Electrical Services

• Commercial and Residential Electrical Contracting
• Electrical Service & Maintenance
• Lighting & Fixture Solutions Low Voltage & Life Safety Solutions
• Low Voltage, Nurse Call, Fire Alarm & Life Safety, and Access Control & Security Systems
• Represent Palmer Electric at networking events, industry meetings, and trade shows throughout Central Florida.
• Build relationships with contractors, property managers, facility managers, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, senior living communities, and other commercial clients.
• Generate qualified leads, manage an active sales pipeline, and secure new business opportunities.
• Partner with estimating, project management, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Identify market opportunities and support the company's growth strategy. What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of successful experience in business development, account management, sales, or customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of electrical contracting, construction, low voltage systems, facilities management, building systems, healthcare technology, or related industries preferred.
• Existing professional relationships within commercial construction, healthcare, facilities management, hospitality, education, senior living, or property management strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Central Florida market.
