Position Summary

As a Residential HVAC Sales Consultant, you'll run pre-qualified, confirmed appointments generated by our marketing team. Your focus will be on evaluating homeowners' comfort needs, presenting the right HVAC solutions, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from consultation through the sale.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-qualified, confirmed in-home sales appointments.
• Evaluate customer comfort needs and recommend the best HVAC system solutions.
• Deliver professional, consultative in-home sales presentations.
• Prepare proposals, explain financing options, negotiate, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using our CRM.
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction after installation.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of residential HVAC in-home sales experience.
• Proven track record of successfully closing HVAC replacement system sales.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC equipment, comfort solutions, financing, and sales processes.
• Hunter / Farmer sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-driven.
