Field Sales Representative (D2D Appointment Setter) Full-Time | Commission-Based | Field-Based

Overview

American Custom Contractors is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Field Sales Representative (Door-to-Door Appointment Setter) to help homeowners connect with home improvement solutions. This is a pure self-generated, door-to-door (D2D) appointment-setting role. You will be responsible for creating your own opportunities through canvassing, outreach, and relationship-building within your assigned territory. This is not a closing position. Your primary responsibility is to set qualified homeowner appointments for project consultations. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, enjoy face-to-face interaction, and thrive in performance-based environments where effort directly impacts earnings.

What You'll Do

• Generate your own leads through door-to-door canvassing, outreach, networking, and referrals
• Set homeowner appointments for service consultations
• Build and manage a consistent self-generated pipeline
• Identify homeowner needs and schedule qualified consultation opportunities
• Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems
• Represent American Custom Contractors professionally in the field What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging homeowners face-to-face
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Coachable and willing to improve continuously Preferred Experience
• Door-to-door sales, canvassing, appointment setting, or commission-based roles preferred
• Outside sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
