Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive electrical diagnostics, repairs, and installations in residential settings, ensuring compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and safety protocols.
• Engage with customers proactively to assess their needs, explain technical solutions clearly, and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their home's electrical system.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems.
• Perform electrical service upgrades and remodeling work.
• Explain findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Prepare and Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options to customers.
• Create accurate estimates and close sales opportunities.
• Think outside the box to solve complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and customer interactions to ensure quality control and follow-up support. Experience
• Proven experience as an electrician in residential settings with a strong understanding of NEC regulations and safety standards.
• Hands-on experience with residential or commercial electricial work, demonstrating versatility across different electrical environments.
• Strong communication skills combined with a customer-focused mindset to effectively promote products and services while delivering exceptional service.
