What You'll Do

This is a face-to-face sales role focused on helping homeowners protect and restore their properties. You will:

• Generate leads and build relationships with homeowners
• Perform property inspections and identify roofing/restoration needs
• Guide customers through insurance claim processes
• Present solutions and close deals
• Train weekly with experienced sales leaders
• Develop real-world communication, sales, and leadership skills Every conversation builds confidence, experience, and income potential.

Compensation

& Growth Income Potential

• First Month: $3,000$6,000
• First 36 Months: $8,000$15,000/month
• Experienced Reps: $15,000$25,000+/month
