SUMMARY: JuveXO is seeking two (2) high-performance Sr. Account Executives to drive rapid market expansion across luxury medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and anti-aging clinics. This role blends high-volume inside sales prospecting with field-based relationship building, clinic visits, and live product demonstrations. This is an ideal role for disciplined hunters who also value long-term physician and clinic relationships. One of these candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish). This is a full-time Inside & Outside Sales Hybrid position in Miami. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Inside Sales (3 Days/Week):

• 75100 outbound calls per day
• Prospecting into MedSpas, Plastic Surgery, Anti-Aging, and Regenerative clinics
• CRM documentation, follow-ups, pipeline management
• Appointment setting and demo scheduling Outside Sales (2 Days/Week):
• Visit 1220 clinics per day for cold introductions and relationship development
• On-site product education and demos
• Account nurturing and conversion support
• Territory development and brand penetration General

Responsibilities

• Build long-term physician and clinic relationships
• Manage full sales cycle from first contact through close
• Maintain clean CRM activity and reporting

• $48K
• Commission: o 20% Year One o 10% Year Two o Commission sunsets after Year 2
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $96,000 $240,000+ (uncapped)
