• Cultivate customer relationships, including proactive client outreach
• Meet/exceed personal and team sales goals
• Stay current on all product lines through brand and internal training
• Understand and facilitate key customer needs in a professional manner What Will Help Get YOU in the Door:
• Retail sales experience, required
• Luxury product or home dcor experience preferred, not required
• Interior design experience is a strong plus
• Professional, positive and engaging demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A high level of reliability, integrity and teamwork Physical requirements: Standing for the duration of the work shift. Frequent bending, lifting items, carrying items, walking up and down stairs.
