Sales Representative Marketing & Voice AI Technology (In-Office Role) Newbury Park, California | Full-Time | Base + Commission + Bonuses Ready to be part of the next big thing in tech? About the Role

: This is a fast-paced, in-person sales role based out of our Newbury Park office. You'll be selling cutting-edge Marketing & Voice AI solutions and custom-built solutions to businesses looking to automate and scale. You'll be selling complete packages with generous commissions, offering businesses the customized AI solutions they're actively searching fordone- for-them systems designed to fuel their growth. You'll be expected to follow up with company leads & generate your own pipeline using proven strategies: Leads from marketing & CRM Cold calling In-person prospecting (events, D2D) Email outreach Social media DMs Inbound leads Follow-ups You will be given top quality training from the absolute top programs available as well as daily support to ensure you succeed. Compensation

: - Commission with generous commission structures and uncapped earnings - Base Bonus $2-3k on top of commissions for reaching sales targets - Performance Bonuses rewarded for hitting sales milestones - Top Performers have the potential to earn six figures or more annually

Qualifications

: Sales experience of 2+ years in a similar industry is a plus but not required Must be highly motivated, driven, competitive and coachable Must be local to the Westlake area and able to work in-office Must have excellent communication skills (in person, over the phone, and online) Must know how to use CRM's, work quickly with technology, leverage social media for sales Must be highly organized as this is a fast paced environment Must log all notes in our CRM, maintain healthy pipeline Must be available to work 40+ hours a week This is not a stepping stone position, this is for someone who wants to be part of something bigger that helps solve a massive problem for local businesses and our partners.
