Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant (Spanish/English) Schrier Automotive | Omaha, NE Are you fluent in both Spanish and English and looking for an opportunity to grow your automotive sales career with a successful, family-oriented dealership? Due to continued growth, Schrier Automotive is seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant to help us better serve our expanding Hispanic customer base. We are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience and investing in the marketing, tools, and support our team needs to succeed. We actively promote our dealership through social media, digital advertising, and traditional marketing channels to help generate a steady flow of customers. Combined with our strong lender relationships, excellent reputation, and management support, you'll have everything you need to build a successful career.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process.
• Actively market yourself and build your personal brand through Facebook and other social media platforms by creating engaging content, promoting inventory, highlighting customer deliveries, and generating your own leads and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale.
• Maintain an active and professional social media presence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create lifelong customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
• Previous automotive sales experience (3+ years ideal).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
