Job Description

We are looking to hire a leader with a proven record of results and closing deals. Our Sales Managers are responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales team leadership, strategic goal setting, and hands-on coaching of sales representatives. This role ensures exceptional customer engagement and the achievement of sales targets while supporting the overall business objectives of the company. As a Sales Manager you will be tasked to:

  • Oversee daily sales operations including lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-ups.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Motivating your sales team to exceed monthly goals.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage sales representatives through regular performance reviews and training sessions while maintaining a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Monitor sales metrics and adjust tactics to maximize profitability and market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Seek top talent to join your team by conducting phone screenings and interviews.
  • Review sales reports and performance dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Attend regular meetings with upper management and provide feedback and data on key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales management experience within the roofing or home remodeling space.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance analytics tools. Preferred Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with roofing products, market trends, and industry best practices. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
