SCB Development Associates is hiring a Sales Associate to represent Verizon by meeting with customers face-to-face, explaining wireless products and services, and helping them choose the solutions that best fit their needs. This Sales Associate position combines in-person customer service with relationship-focused selling in a professional team environment. Responsibilities

• Represent Verizon professionally as a Sales Associate while meeting with customers in person.
• Educate customers about Verizon products, promotions, and service options.
• Deliver outstanding face-to-face customer service during every interaction.
• Assist customers with new account enrollments and service upgrades.
• Build lasting customer relationships through honest communication and personalized recommendations.
• Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Attend daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Travel from the Camarillo office to assigned customer locations each day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation to commute to the Camarillo office every day and travel to customer locations.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person.
• Ability to work full-time.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
