Overview
We are seeking an experienced National Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our North American sales efforts and drive the next phase of growth for our established fuel additive business. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for expanding sales through distributors, manufacturers' representatives, OEMs, fleets, and industrial customers throughout the United States and Canada. This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role within an established manufacturing company where your ideas, initiative, and sales expertise will directly influence the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share across fleet, distributor, OEM, and industrial channels.
- Present, promote, and sell our fuel additive products and services by effectively communicating the company's value proposition to customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients (distributors, resellers, fleets, and end-users) to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Coordinate and align sales efforts with team members and external manufacturers' representatives to maximize coverage and performance.
- Drive revenue growth by leveraging and expanding our reseller/distributor network while proactively identifying and acquiring new customers.
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate sales reports, forecasts, pipelines, and market intelligence to senior management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote products, network with professionals, generate leads, and stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house sales/marketing team as well as independent manufacturers' representatives across North America.
- Develop annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts to support company growth objectives.
- Analyze sales performance, profitability, and market trends to identify new business opportunities and improve sales effectiveness.
- Work closely with executive leadership on sales strategy, product positioning, and long-term business development initiatives.
- Recruit, develop, and evaluate manufacturers' sales representatives to ensure strong market coverage and performance.
- Other duties as necessary or assigned. Travel
Requirements
- 15%25% travel within the U.S. and Canada, primarily for in-person sales calls, client meetings and trade shows.
- All company-related travel expenses (flights, lodging, meals, mileage, etc.) are fully covered. Training & Support
- Comprehensive product and industry training will be provided to ensure long-term success in this role.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience), required.
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with leadership or sales management experience preferred.
- Experience in fuel additives, lubricants, chemicals, petroleum products, or related industrial sectors strongly preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated track record of consistently driving new business development and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM software and modern sales tools.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team. What Success Looks Like

- Salary range $85,000 $95,000 per year based on experience and demonstrated success
