Overview

A leading distributor of engineered industrial equipment is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer (Trainee) to join a structured 23 year development program. This role is designed to build both technical expertise and sales acumen, preparing individuals for long-term career opportunities within the organization. Participants will complete a hands-on training program in Memphis, TN, gaining exposure to sales, customer service, and engineering functions before transitioning into a permanent role aligned with both business needs and individual strengths.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred (other degrees considered with strong technical aptitude) Skills:

• Strong interest in solution-based selling Mechanical/technical aptitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attributes:
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented Eager to build a long-term career in technical sales or engineering Mobility:
