HIRING NOW: Appointment Setters Amherst, NY OTE $65-$80,000 Per Year Immediate Start Opportunities Are you competitive, outgoing, and hungry to make money? We're building a high-performance solar sales team in Amherst, NY and looking for motivated appointment setters who want more than just an hourly paycheck. It's NOT a job you can just clock in and coast. We want driven people who love talking to people, creating opportunities, and getting rewarded for results. Location: In-Office Amherst, NY Schedule: Flexible shifts available (Core hours are MondayFriday 10:00 AM 7:00 PM EST) Pay & Earning Potential:

• $16/hour base pay
• $50 commission for every appointment that shows
• Setters averaging 3 qualified shows per day are on pace to earn approximately:
• $5,500$7,000+ per month $65,000$85,000+ per year OTE
• Uncapped commission structure. Top performers earn more!We reward hustle, consistency, and performance. If you can produce, there's serious income potential here What You'll Be Doing:
• Speaking with homeowners about solar energy solutions
• Setting qualified appointments for our solar consultants. All leads are provided
• Working in a fast-paced, energetic office environment
