Miami New Times | V Digital Services Digital Marketing & Media Sales Media Consultant (SALES ROLE) Are you competitive, driven, and motivated by making money and closing deals? Miami New Times / V Digital Services is hiring a salesperson to grow advertising revenue in one of the most exciting markets in the country. This is a sales role. Not fulfillment. Not account management. If your experience is fulfillment only, this role is not for you. You are responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing new business. About the Opportunity Miami is one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic markets in the U.S., and Miami New Times sits at the center of it. You'll work directly with business owners across hospitality, real estate, healthcare, entertainment, and professional serviceshelping them grow through strategic digital marketing. If you thrive on building relationships, generating your own pipeline, and winning new business, you'll fit right in. We lead with performance, technology, and delivering real resultsbut your role is to sell the solutions , not execute them.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Build and manage your own pipeline
• Conduct needs analysis and present marketing solutions
• Close deals across a full suite of products, including:
• Digital display
• SEO / AIO
• PPC & paid media
• Social media
• Programmatic & streaming TV
• Email marketing
• Website development
• Local listings & services
• Print (weekly & annual guides) You sell. The team fulfills. What We're Looking For
• Proven success in sales (media or digital a plus)
• Strong closer with a consultative sales approach
• Self-starter who can generate their own leads
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset Reliable transportation required.

Compensation

& Growth

• Base salary + uncapped commission
• Bonus incentives for performance
• First-year earnings: $60,000 $85,000+with commisions
• Second year plus potential $100k plus- Unlimited earning potential beyond
• Clear expectation of 1520% growth year over year If you can sell, there is significant earning potential here.
