Job Description

Leading liquid packaging machinery manufacturer in Tonawanda, NY is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the liquid packaging machinery industry, and is a self-starter with a strong desire to succeed. This position will be responsible for developing new business within the assigned territory, and will report directly to the President of the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales through new business
• Identify and develop new business within assigned territory
• Manage and execute sales strategy to achieve sales goals
• Conduct regular door-to-door sales efforts to drive customer acquisition
• Oversee existing customer accounts to ensure proper servicing and follow-up on existing customer requests or suggestions
• Analyze current accounts to identify opportunities for new product launches, or market expansion, or market re-organization
• Prepare sales presentations and forecasts for the Sales Manager, including forecast analysis, and financial projections Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including forecasting.
• Other duties as assigned by the President of the company This position offers competitive base salary plus commission; flexible base salary with commission, PTO; 401k with employer match; medical insurance; dental insurance; life insurance; Experience : Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the liquid packaging machinery industry. Education: Education:College degree preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
