Company Overview

: Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in-home care company. With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are seeking out an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch.

Responsibilities

: As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support. _ Business Development_ : Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider. _ Referral building_ : Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). _ Staffing and Scheduling_ : Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners. _ In-home Assessments_ : Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. _ Financial Management_ : Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements. _ Cultivating Culture_ : Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Full-time M-F
