Jim Hawk Truck Trailers, Inc. (JHTT) is a leading dealer of semi-truck trailers, parts, and service in the Midwest. JHTT offers an extensive selection of trailers from top industry brands, as well as a full range of complementary services and products to meet transportation needs. JHTT is looking for a highly motivated, results driven Vice President of Trailer Sales. This position is responsible for the operations and administrative functions for the Trailer Sales Departments at all JHTT locations. This position oversees cost-effectiveness and profitability for the Trailer Sales Departments, while working with the Trailer Sales Reps to maintain and gain new customers. The VP role will ensure quality and operational standards are in place. This position reports operational activities and outcomes to leadership. The position will provide updates on achieving business goals, customer service/satisfaction, and the development of the Sales team. The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial truck and/or trailer sales
• Experience leading teams across multiple branches
• Strong relationships with large fleet and owner-operators
• Knowledge of refrigerated, dry van, flatbed, and specialized trailers (preferred)
• Experience with CRM, forecasting, and price strategy
• A track record of growing revenue through both new equipment and aftermarket business
• Willingness to be based in the Midwest and travel extensively
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) This position travels to JHTT branches and therefore requires the individual to have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
