What You'll Do

• Prospect and win new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and door-to-door outreach
• Meet decision-makers and close new accounts
• Conduct in-person presentations and product demos
• Build and manage your pipeline using CRM tools
• Negotiate and close contracts
• Grow recurring monthly revenue
• Represent our brand with professionalism and confidence What We're Looking ForRequired:
• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience
• Proven door-to-door business sales success
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with hunter mentality
• Competitive, energetic, and goal-driven Preferred:
• Experience selling to hospitality, healthcare, retail, janitorial, or facilities sectors
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
