Full description of the position
We're seeking experienced Real Estate Team Leaders and Mortgage Team Leaders who have a proven track record of building, coaching, and growing high-performing sales teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate and 3 years of experience mortgage
- Active pipeline of business
- Strong recruiting, coaching, and business development skills
- Passion for developing agents and loan officers
- Driven to build a high-performance culture
