About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Home Solutions Specialist to join our growing real estate investment team. This is a sales-focused acquisitions role responsible for building relationships with homeowners, uncovering their needs, and helping them find solutions for their properties. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective sellers each day. Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners. Qualify leads and identify opportunities Conduct follow-up calls and maintain consistent communication with prospects. Schedule appointments. Accurately document conversations and updates in the company CRM. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals. Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and lead conversion rates. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

Required Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to succeed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls consistently. Comfortable handling objections and navigating difficult conversations. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Strong organizational and time management skills. Goal-oriented and performance-driven. Preferred Previous sales experience. Customer service experience. Experience working in a CRM system.
