Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales lead to join our sales team and drive business growth. In this role, you will oversee daily communication with customers, develop strategic sales plans, and thrive in a high- performance environment. Construction experience required. Knowledge of cranes, rigging and civil construction would be ideal. Your leadership will ensure exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and possesses strong computer and communication skills, attention to detail, and punctual.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals while maintaining excellent customer service standard
• Monitor sales and prepare reports on performance; utilize budgeting skills for operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and office procedures while fostering a positive work environment
• Proven sales experience with a strong background in the construction industry
• Familiarity with merchandising strategies within the construction industry
• Excellent communication/computer skills
