Personal Lines Sales Associate Brunswick County, NC | Full-Time | Relationship Builder with Local Roots You know Brunswick County like the back of your hand. You'll be the face of Wells in Brunswick Countymeeting with individuals and families, building trust, and offering tailored protection that actually makes sense. You'll:

• Talk with real people about their liveshomes, cars, boats, dreamsand help them protect what they've built
• Partner with our marketing and account management teams to build strong proposals and smooth onboarding
• Work with carriers to secure quotes and match the right products to the right situations
• Cross-sell and round accounts (when it fits!) to make sure clients are fully coverednot over-covered

What You Bring

• A current North Carolina Property & Casualty license
• 5+ years of personal insurance sales experience
• A knack for explaining things clearly and connecting with people across backgrounds
• The drive to work independentlyand the humility to ask for help when you need it
• Solid tech skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an organized, proactive mindset
• A love of community, consistency, and doing the right thing
