Job Summary

Brainiac Marketing Inc. is seeking motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing AT &T; in-store sales division. This is a fully face-to-face position where you'll connect with customers one-on-one, help them discover AT&T;'s Fiber Internet and Wireless services , and provide real-time support with activations, upgrades, and product education. If you enjoy setting targets, talking with people, and seeing your results pay off, this role offers a strong foundation in professional sales, communication, and leadership skills, supported by hands-on training and daily mentorship from our experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers to explain AT&T;'s latest products and promotions.
• Assist with activations, upgrades, and account inquiries.
• Deliver a smooth, positive, in-person customer experience.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Maintain an energetic, professional presence on the sales floor.
• Participate in ongoing product and leadership workshops.

• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to achieve results.
• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work full-time, including weekends.
• Prior sales or customer-service experience is a plus but not required. Employment Details

Compensation

: Base Pay + Commission

• Training: Paid and provided during onboarding
