Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and enhance market presence.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize stock to meet customer demand while minimizing excess.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales tactics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management in an automotive environment.
• Must have Finance and Desking experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices and tools.
• Ability to engage in public speaking and represent the company at various events.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
