Compensation

: $75,000 $200,000+ annually (based on experience & performance bonuses) Joe Basil Chevrolet part of the award-winning Basil Family Dealerships is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive New Car Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team in Depew, NY! What You'll Do

:

• Greet and guide customers through the car-buying process
• Assist guests in finding the perfect vehicle while supporting team goals
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, including test drives
• Educate customers on purchase and financing options
• Stay up to date on current promotions, services, and vehicle inventory
• Accurately complete all required sales documentation
• Maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic What We're Looking For:
• A valid driver's license
• A customer-first mindset and desire to learn
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or insurance is a big plus
• Automotive sales experience is highly valued, but not required
