Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and territory management, with a passion for technology and customer service.

Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
• Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings to potential clients.
• Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide feedback on product development based on customer insights and market demands.
• Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote our products and services. Experience
• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or B2B environments.
• Strong background in account management, with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for effective territory management.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals successfully.
• Ability to conduct thorough product demos and upsell additional services or products as needed.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Previous experience in direct sales or retail sales is a plus, along with knowledge of inside sales processes.
