We are not looking for an order-taker. We are looking for a sales professional who wants to follow a structured, repeatable process rooted in:

• Sandler Sales principles (qualify hard, sell with integrity, control the process)
• Certified Contractor Network (CCN) best practices (professional presentation, value-based selling, customer experience) If you thrive in a process-driven environment with high standards and high earning potential, this role is for you. Who This Role Is For This opportunity is for someone who: Wants to earn based on performance Uses questions, not pressure, to uncover homeowner needs Is comfortable discussing budget and decision-making early Understands that not every prospect is a good client Values training, coaching, and continuous improvement Can follow the CCN and Sandler-based sales framework This is NOT for someone who: Wings appointments without structure Avoids uncomfortable conversations Chases deals that aren't qualified Needs constant supervision What You'll Be Doing As a commissioned sales representative, you will:
• Run scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners
• Follow the CCN Customer Buying Experience and presentation process
• Use Sandler-style discovery to identify pain, urgency, and commitment
• Set clear expectations and next steps using upfront agreements
• Present premium exterior solutions with confidence and professionalism
• Manage the full sales cycle from first appointment to signed agreement.
• Accurately document activity and pipeline in our CRM
• Partner with operations and production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
• Consistently meet sales and performance metrics

Requirements

:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record & background check.
• Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently AND as part of the team.
• Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. What Success Looks Like Here Top performers:
