• DO RIGHT We are looking to add a Territory Account Manager to our team! Role Description This job focuses on achieving results that support the organization and its broader strategic goals. Duties

Responsibilities

:

• Identify and pursue new commercial roofing opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, general contractors, and business owners
• Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate assessments and proposals
• Work with estimators to present estimates, and contracts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity
• Meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales experience (roofing or construction preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus What We Offer:
