As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative/Project Manager to help us drive new business opportunities, cross-sell across our multiple service lines, and support client success from the inside out. Position

Overview

This employee will play a key role in expanding our client base and growing revenue by proactively identifying and nurturing sales opportunities across our divisions. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for solution-based selling and a strong ability to build relationships over the phone and through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to new and existing clients to promote our full suite of infrastructure and skilled trades services.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell services across multiple divisions (e.g., plumbing, electrical, mechanical, hydrovac, etc.).
• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Collaborate with service teams to craft tailored messaging and proposals.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales and activity targets.
• Continuously educate yourself on our service offerings, industry trends, and client needs.
• Support and collaborate with other sales employees, division managers, and dispatchers to ensure a seamless handoff and client experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or business development experience (preferably in construction, skilled trades, or industrial services).
• Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and handle a diverse service offering.
• Highly self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within construction, infrastructure, or industrial services.
• Familiarity with skilled trades service offerings.
• Technical or trade background is a plus. What We Offer
