What We Offer Competitive pay plan with up to 30% commission Unit bonuses from $1,000 up to $3,000 per month UA Spiffs up to $550 on qualifying non-commissionable deals F&I; Spiff 5% of F&I; gross (excluding reserve) Salesperson of the Month bonus $1,000 Fast Start and Fast Finish bonuses up to $2,000 monthly Guaranteed minis: $300 on new cars $250 on used cars $500 on aged inventory Strong management support, professional training, and great leads.

What You'll Do

Engage customers with professionalism, product knowledge, and enthusiasm Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process Maintain high closing ratios through excellent follow-up and customer care Work collaboratively with sales management and F&I; teams to maximize gross and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Previous automotive sales experience preferred (but not required) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable personality Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a good clean driving record If you're ready to earn what you're worth and join a team that values your effort and skill, apply today!
