As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will work closely with our clients' customer accounts to build genuine relationships, deliver engaging service recommendations, and provide reliable account support. Our Representatives are tasked with meeting directly with our consumers to gain a transparent understanding of what is needed to provide more suitable service.

Responsibilities

of the Entry Level Sales Representative:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and provide top-tier customer service when meeting face-to-face
• Generate sales by presenting and recommending the best telecommunications products and services directly to customers
• Present & educate customers about any new products & services, and highlight the benefits of the telecommunications brands we represent
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement creative approaches to meet sales goals
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships built
• Collaborate with senior sales leaders to stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

for the Entry Level Sales Representative:

• Any experience in sales, customer service, or as a Customer Account Manager
• Strong communication and sales skills
• A positive and professional attitude and a passion to build strong connections with clients and customers
• Ability to present a variety of products, services, and solutions in both direct engagement
