Basil Ford Walden is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in the automotive industry. Position: Sales Assistant- Full Time or Part Time Location: Basil Ford Walden Pay: $18-$23/hr based on experience What you'll do:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Support sales staff with day-to-day operations and customer follow-ups
• Maintain showroom appearance and vehicle organization
• Assist with test drive coordination and vehicle preparation
• Handle basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, CRM updates)
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience What we're looking for:

• Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
